The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lieutenant.General. Faruk Yahaya, has on Tuesday,31 August, inaugurated the Strategic Management and Policy Studies Course 4/2021 (SMPSC4) of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC).
