The Chief of Defence Intelligence, Zimbabwe, Maj Gen Thomas Moyo has said that the establishment of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC), was a noble idea to witness. He stated this in Abuja on Wednesday 6 October 2019 during his official visit with some of his staff officers to the Centre.
Gen Moyo and his team were in Nigeria for an annual intelligence exchange between Nigerian and Zimbabwe. On arrival at the Centre, they were received by the DG NARC, Maj Gen Garba Wahab (Rtd) who was represented by Brig Gen Flora Pearse and were later briefed on the activities of the Centre at NARC Conference Hall B. Thereafter, they were conducted on a guided tour of the Nigerian Army Museum where they were introduced to some military artifacts and other objects of historical importance.

He further expressed appreciation for the visit to NARC, adding that what he learnt from the Centre will be replicated in his country. He equally, enjoined the Centre to develop more ideas and also maintain the already established high standard they have witnessed. The highlights of the visit were the exchange of plaques by the both parties which marks the end of the event.
