The Director General (DG) of Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) Maj Gen GA Wahab (Rtd) has commended the outgoing Executive Director Nigerian Army Resource Centre Consult Maj Gem IM Yusuf and the Deputy Director Administration Col MT Aminu for their tremendous effort of discharging their duties effectively. This remark was made during a brief ceremony at the Centre conference Hall B to sendoff the senior officers who were recently posted out from the Centre.

In his opening remarks, the DG thanked Maj Gen IM Yusuf for his selfless and tireless effort to ensure the smooth running of the Centre’s activities. He further stated that Maj Gen IM Yusuf has exhibited an exemplary character worthy of emulation, adding that Centre has lost a genus and also wished him well in his new appointment. It is worthy of note that, Maj IM Yusuf is the 6th Force Commander of the Multi-national Joint Task Force (MNJTF) in N’Djamena,Chad.
The DG equally praised Col MT Animu for being diligent and haven exhibited a character of a true leader during his period at NARC. In the same vein, the Centre also welcomed Maj Gen CO Ude who is posted to the Centre as the new Executive Director Nigerian Army Resource Centre Consult. In his response, Maj Gen IM Yusuf thanked the Almighty God for his guidance and protection, he also thanked the DG Maj Gen GA Wahab (Rtd) for his mentorship all this while. He equally conveyed his appreciation to all NARC Directors, Senior Research Fellows, staff officers, soldiers and civilian staff for their tireless effort in ensuring smooth run of activities at the Centre.
