The Director General, Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Major General, Garba Ayodeji Wahab, (Rtd) call on the out-going Corps members to be good ambassadors of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre wherever they go. The Director General, who was represented by the Executive Director, Nigerian Army Resource Centre Major General JGK Myam made the call during the Send-off ceremony in honour of the corps members who served in various departments within the Centre after their One year mandatory National Youth Service Corps Programmee in Abuja.
The Director General congratulated the out going corps members on successful completion of the One year mandatory National Youth Service Corps programme at the Centre. He also commended them for maintaining discipline while serving at the Centre. “I don’t know how you can appreciate somebody who have served in your establishment so brilliant for one year. The Nigerian Army Resource Centre is deeply grateful for your service and highly indebted to you all”, he said.
He however thanked the Corps members for the contributions they have made at the Centre and also admonished them to put into practice what they have learned. The DG assured the Corps members that the Centre will always be home for them all.
In his vote of thanks, on behalf of the other out-going Corps members, Mr Godfrey Enang thanked the Almighty God for making the day a reality. He also thanked the Director General and the members of staff of the Centre for their numerous support and positive impact they have made in their lives.
Godfrey, also advised the corps members who are still serving in the Centre to relate freely with one another and also make good use of the opportunity to improve on their conducts as the Centre is always open to help them achieve their dreams.
