CHAIRMAN NDLEA VISITS NARC
Today, Tuesday 21 December 2021, the Chairman, National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) Brigadier General Muhammed Buba Marwa (Rtd) OFR paid a courtesy visit to the Director General (DG), Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) Major General Garba Ayodeji Wahab (Rtd) in his office in Abuja.
The Director General in a brief remark intimated the Chairman on the activities of the Centre as the national Think-tank saddled with the responsibility of proffering solutions to defence and security issues bordering on national, regional and intercontinental peace and development.
The DG also informed the chairman that the Centre also organizes research, seminars, workshop and capacity building programmes. It also involves in journal publication as well as robust alliance with relevant institutions and partners both within and outside the country.
Brigadier General Buba Marwa in his response thanked the DG and the management staff of the Centre for the warm reception. It is worthy to note that Brigadier General Buba Marwa was the former Military Administrator of Lagos State from 1996 to 1999. The highpoints of the event were the presentation of plaque, journals and monogrames to the chairman and Chief Executive Officer of NDLEA.
