The Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt Gen Tukur Yusuf Buratai recently witnessed the launching of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre Journal. The launching took place during the Joint 3rd and 4th Quarter COAS Conference at the Army Headquarters Command Officers’ Mess, Asokoro Abuja.
In his brief presentation, the Director General (DG) Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Maj Gen Garba Wahab (rtd) said the maiden edition, (NARC Digest) was launched in 2018 and the name was later changed to NARC Journal and modified to conform with global practices with the permission of the Board of Trustees.
The DG equally used the opportunity to appreciate the COAS and some of the senior officers who contributed immensely in ensuring that the production of the Journal came to fruition. The highlight of the auspicious event was the presentation of the Journal by the Chief of Army Staff, assisted by the Principal Staff Officers from Army Headquarters, the Director General and other senior officers.
