The Director General (DG) Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) Major General Garba Ayodeji Wahab (Rtd) has inaugurated participants of Human Resource Management Course Stream 3/2022. The inauguration ceremony held at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre Conference Hall ‘E’ ML Agwai Block of the Centre in Abuja on Monday, 12 December 2022.
In his inaugural address to the participants, the DG pointed out that , the essence of the course was to bring together personnel of the Army who are involved in human resource management from various departments to understand each other in networking so that the system will function effectively, . He also admonished the participants to feel free to socialise with each other which is the essence of bringing personnel from different unit and formations within the military to learn more about human resource management especially in areas of recruitment.
Earlier, he Course Coordinator, Brig Gen Ferdinand Eze (Rtd) in his welcome address, highlighted the Course objectives which emphasize on building and developing individual capacity of the personnel and that of the organisation. It is expected that at the end of the course participants would be able to learnt new skills on human resources management. He urged the participants to enjoy and pick up something from the course as an additional knowledge.
