The Director General Nigeria Army Resource Centre (NARC) Major General Garba Ayodeji Wahab (Retired) inaugurate participants of Critical Thinking and Adaptive Leadership Course. The Inauguration was held at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre Conference Hall ‘C’ TY Buratai Block in Abuja on Monday 15 November 2021. The DG pointed out that , we have a challenge, and we believe that the solution to the challenge most come from within us. He also admonished the participants to feel free to socialise with each other which is the essence of bringing personnel from different organisations to learn more about Adaptive Leadership.
The Course Coordinator Brig Gen Ferdinand Eze (Retired) in his welcome address highlighted the Course objectives which is creating and understanding of idea generation and problem-solving as well as equipping participants with capacity to manage pressure and conflict. It is expected that at the end of the course participants would be able to learnt new skills on Critical Thinking, Adaptive Leadership, Conflict Management and Information Security.
