The Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) on Thursday 26 September 2019 signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Tukur Yusuf Buratai Institute for Peace and Strategic Studies (IPSS), Ebonyi State University at the NARC Board Room, Abuja.
The Director General Nigerian Army Resource Centre ( DG NARC), Major General GA Wahab (Rtd) endorsed the MOU on behalf of the Centre while the Vice Chancellor Ebonyi State University, Prof Chigozie Ogbu signed for the Ebonyi State University. The ceremony was witnessed by the Directors, Deputy Directors, Research Fellows, Consultants of the Centre and some academic staff of the Ebonyi State University.

In his remark, the Vice Chancellor, Ebonyi State University said that, he is very proud to associate with the Centre which has been known in recent times to be proactive, with disciplined staff and professionals. He added that, the essence of the MOU was to combine efforts of the two establishments to stimulate research and teaching, broaden their intellectual experiences, and promote cross-cultural knowledge and understanding among students, faculty and staff of both establishments.
Responding, the DG applauded the initiative and further thanked Prof Chigozie Ogbu and his management staff for this great collaboration which he believes will go a long way in ensuring maximum benefits and achievements for the both establishments in the nearest future.
Present at the ceremony were the Registrar Ebonyi State University, Mrs Bibiana Nwokwu, Prof Eugene N Nweke, Dean, School of Post Graduate Studies EBSU, Executive Director, NARC Consult Maj Gen IM Yusuf, Directors, Research Fellows and Consultants of the NARC.
