The Group General Manager, Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation Leadership Academy (NLA), Mr Isah Lapai Abubakar has commended the Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) for their efforts in human resource development.
He revealed this on Wednesday, July 8, 2020 during a courtesy call on the Director General NARC, Maj Gen GA Wahab (Rtd) by the management team of the NNPC Leadership Academy.

Mr Abubakar expressed his appreciation for the kind gesture extended by DG NARC to the NNPC Leadership Academy and for accepting their request for collaboration with NARC. He also expressed satisfaction with the state of the art facilities and the general outlook of Centre.
He further assured the management of NARC that the leadership of NLA will do their utmost best to ensure both parties enjoy a robust collaboration. In view of the forgoing, NLA intend to collaborate with NARC in the delivery of training programs in the area of provision of Resource Persons and facilities.
Speaking earlier, the DG NARC, Maj General GA Wahab (Rtd) expressed pleasure to welcome the delegation to the Centre. He briefed the team on the mandate of the Centre which is to “proffer research based solutions to defence and security problems to the military and the nation in general”, while highlighting some of the achievement of the Centre since its establishment in 2015.
The high point of the event was the guided tour of the Nigerian Army Resource Centre’s facilities with the team of visitors from NNPC.
