The DG NARC, Major General GA Wahab (rtd) was at the Nigerian Army RSM’s Convention 2020 at Owerri, Imo State on Wednesday 9th September 2020 where he delivered a paper titled “Bridging the Generation Gap in Young Soldiers: The Role of Regimental Sergeant Majors.”
