The Director General (DG) of Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) Major General GA Wahab (rtd) has commended the out-going Chief Clerk of the Centre MWO Sylvester Adikwu that he has done well to the best of his ability in discharging his duties.
This remark was made during a brief ceremony at Centre’s Restaurant to sendoff MWO Sylvester who will soon proceed on his Terminal Leave after thirty five years of meritorious service to the Nation.
In his opening remarks, the DGs said MWO has exhibited exemplary character worthy of emulation by all and congratulated him for the job well done and also wished him well in his future engagements. The DG presented the out-going Chief Clerk with an award in recognition of his dedication and selfless service to the Centre.
The Deputy Director of NARC Consult, Brig Gen AE Attu added that the MWO should continue to display the positive attitude and sense of commitment wherever he finds himself in his future endeavour.
In his response, MWO Sylvester thanked the Chief of Army Staff (COAS), Lt Gen TY Buratai for his leadership and the DG Major General GA Wahab (rtd) for his support at all times. He also conveyed appreciation to the Director of administration, Brig Gen UT Otaru and other senior officers of the Centre for their mentorship. Lastly, the MWO acknowledged his colleagues whose effort contributed immensely in his successful tenure as the Chief Clerk of the Centre.
