The Director General Nigerian Army Resource Centre (DG NARC), Abuja, Major General Garba Ayodeji Wahab (rtd) has reiterated the importance of improved work ethics among the Armed Forces of Nigeria. He made this known during the inauguration ceremony of a four day course on Work Ethics and Organisational Performance at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre Abuja. Speaking further, he said that an improved work ethics would enhance professionalism and capacity of the armed forces towards addressing the security challenges confronting the nation.He also noted that the course was designed to meet the needs of junior and middle cadre officers of the Armed Forces of Nigeria. But the scope of participation was widened to include members paramilitary and corporate organizations, as well as civil society whom he to build the capacity of participants to achieve high rate of ethics and enhance productivity.In his remarks, the Course Coordinator, Brigadier General Ferdinand Eze (rtd), who is also the Consultant ICT at the NARC, commended the DG NARC for initiating the course and urged the participants to make good use of the knowledge acquired during the course.
