The Director General (DG) , Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC), Major General Garba Ayodeji Wahab (Rtd) today, 3 March 2022 hosted a delegation from the Egyptian Armed Forces in the Centre’s Board Room in Abuja.
The leader of the delegation, also the Deputy Minister of Defence, for International Relations, Major General Muhamed Salah said the visit was to seek for possible cooperation among the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Nigerian Army Museum and the Egyptian Armed Forces. The delegation was received by the DG on arrival at the Centre.
In his welcome address, the DG welcomed and thanked Major General Mohamed Salah and his team members for coming to the Centre and also assured them of the Centre’s cooperation in any collaboration or agreement that they will have.
During the visit, Brig Gen TI Gusau, a Subject Expert at the Centre briefed the guests on the activities of the Centre. Also, the Director of Nigerian Army Museum, Brig Gen UN Babangida gave a brief history of the Nigerian Army Museum.
Thereafter, the guests were conducted on a guided tour of the Museum where they were introduced to some artifacts and other objects of historical importance. The visit was well attended by some management staff of NARC
