Work Ethics and Organisatonal Performance course is organized by the Nigerian Army Resource Centre for junior and middle cadre personnel drawn from the military, para-military, corporate organisations as well as civil society with the aim of equipping participants with the capacity to understand how proper work ethics enhance productivity in an organization.
The occasion was graced by Senior Research Fellows, D HRD, DOA, consultants, facilitators among others.
