In line with the outlined program of events for the graduation ceremony of Leadership and Strategic Studies Course 2/23, the Chief of Army Staff Lt Gen TA Lagbaja (NAM) ably represented by the Chief of Operations (Army) Maj Gen BR Sinjen delivered a graduation lecture titled “Effective Management of Resources for Operational Success in the Nigerian Army: Challenges and Way Forward” to the participants at Hall F ML Agwai block Nigerian Army Resource Center, today 10 Sep 2024.
In attendance were, the DG NARC Maj Gen GA Wahab (Rtd), ED NARC Consult, rep of CDI, directors, resource persons among others.
