The Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) has held the second edition of the Subject Experts Presentation titled “Context and Linkages of Super Power in Retreat”, presented by Maj Gen EV Onumajuru, a Subject Expert on North America. The event took place on Wednesday, June 10, 2020 at the NARC Conference Hall C, Abuja and was chaired by the Chief of Army Staff and Chairman Board of Trustees NARC, Lt Gen TY Buratai.

In his presentation, Maj Gen Onumajuru among other recommendations advocated for investment in nation building as key fundamentals to national development. He equally, identified research and development as one major source of economic growth and development.
In his contribution, the Chief of Policy and Plans (Army) Lt Gen AO Adesun, thanked the presenter for a well researched and articulated presentation and the Nigerian Army Resource Centre for their progressive achievements.
Present at the event were members of NARC board of trustees (Lt Gen Abdurrahaman Dambazau (retired), Mr Fola Adeola), Director General NARC Maj Gen GA Wahab (Rtd), Executive Director NARC Consult Maj Gen CO Udeh, Subjects Experts, Senior Research Fellows, Research Fellows amongst others.
