The Director General (DG) , Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC), Major General Garba Ayodeji Wahab (Rtd) , on 8 June 2022 hosted a delegation from the Pakistan National Defence University in Conference Hall B TY Buratai Block in Abuja.
The leader of the delegation, Air Commodore Faisal Khan said the visit was to seek for possible cooperation among the Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Nigerian Army Museum and the Pakistan National Defence University. The delegation was received by the Director of Administration, Brigadier General AA Babalola on arrival at the Centre.
In his welcome address, the DG welcomed and thanked Air Commodore Faisal Khan and his team members for coming to the Centre and also assured them of the Centre’s cooperation in any collaboration or agreement that they will have.
During the visit, Major MY Shimfe, the Military Assistant to the DG briefed the guests on the activities of the Centre. Also, the Director of Nigerian Army Museum, Brig Gen UN Babangida gave a brief history of the Nigerian Army Museum. The guests were later conducted on a guided tour of the Museum where they were introduced to some military artifacts and other objects of historical importance. The visit was well attended by some management staff of NARC.
