Senator Ben Murray-Bruce (MON) delivers the 5th editions of Board of Trustees Nigerian Army Resource Centre Abuja Leadership lecture series to the joints Participants of Strategic Management and Policy Studies Course 7/24 and Leadership and Strategic Studies Course 3/24 respectively. The educational and insightful lecture focal points was on the effective way to lead by example. In his words he stated that “One of the most effective ways to lead is to demonstrate the qualities you wish to see in those you lead. if you want them to be brave, you should show courage, if you want them disciplined, you should also be disciplined. if you want them to act with integrity, let your actions reflect integrity “.
Present at the occasion was the host, the Director General Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Major General Garba Ayodeji Wahab (Retired) who was represented by Major General Joseph Orokpo (Rtd). Also in attendance were Members of the Academia, Senior Research Fellows, Research Fellows, Consultants, Directors, Subject experts, Senior Officers both serving and retired, and members of Civilian Staff amongst others.
The Lecture was held at Hall F ML Agwai Block on 30 January 2025.
