The Defence Attachee to the British High Commission, Col Dom Fletcher visited the Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) to finalize the visit to Nigeria of the Head of Future Department of the Development Concept and Doctrine Centre( DC & DC), UK; Commodore Mike Wainhouse.
It was agreed that Commodore Mike Wainhouse would visit NARC by 13:30 Hrs on Monday 14th March, 2016
