The Director General (DG), Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC), Major General Garba Ayodeji Wahab (Rtd), inaugurated participants of Leadership Skills Development Course 4/2022. The Inauguration ceremony was held at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre Conference Hall ‘A’ TY Buratai Block in Abuja on Tuesday 26 July 2022.
In his inaugural address, the DG pointed out that, the leadership Skills development is a course designed for Nigerian Army Middle/Junior cadre officers and soldiers and others security agencies, to bring Nigerians from different agencies and backgrounds together to equipped them with requisite knowledge to lead effectively while facing contemporary security challenges and bridge identified gaps especially while operating in a joint environment. He added that by so doing, it will help them to work as a team. He also challenged the participants to socialise among themselves because they need one another and for easy communication.
The ceremony was attended by Directors, Senior Offcers and other management staff of the centre.
