A team from NARC is delivering a 3-day training package on Leadership to cadets and students of the FRSC’s Academy and Command and Staff College in Enugu from 16-18 Mar 22.
In his Keynote Address, the DG thanked the Corps Marshall and Management Team of the FRSC for the partnership and commended them for the good work they are doing for the Nation.
He congratulated the cadets of the Academy and students of the Staff College for being selected for their courses.
The DG reminded the participants of their key roles in the safety and security of Nigerians while on the roads. He urged all to have an open mind during the programme, so as to add to their knowledge.
The training focusses on Mentoring, Adaptive Leadership, Critical Thinking, Emotional Intelligence and Conflict Management.
The NARC Team comprises the DG – Maj Gen GA Wahab (Rtd), Maj Gen Mathias Efeovbokhan (Rtd), Brig Gen FC Eze (Rtd) and Ms Ehiz Odigie-Okpataku.
