The Director General (DG) Nigeria Army Resource Centre (NARC) Major General Garba Ayodeji Wahab (Rtd) inaugurated participants of Critical Thinking and Adaptive Leadership Course 2/2022. The inauguration ceremony was held at the Nigerian Army Resource Centre Conference Hall ‘C’ TY Buratai Block in Abuja on Monday, 7 November 2022.
In his inaugural address to the participants, , the DG said that we have a challenge, and we believe that the solution to the challenge must come from within us. He also admonished the participants to feel free to socialise with one another which is the essence of bringing personnel from different organisations to learn more about adaptive leadership.
The Course Coordinator, Brig Gen Ferdinand Eze (Rtd) in his welcome address, highlighted the Course objectives which is creating an understanding of idea generation and problem-solving as well as equipping participants with capacity to manage pressure and conflict. It is expected that at the end of the course participants would be able to learn new skills on Critical Thinking, Adaptive Leadership, Conflict Management and Information Security. He urged the participants to enjoy and pick up something from the course as an additional knowledge.
