Brigadier General Dantani Danjuma Ribah

Brigadier General Danjuma Dantani Ribah N/10205, FSS, DSS NDC Cairo Psc, MA was born on 18 June 1972 at Uyo Akwa Ibom State. He hails from Danko Wasagu Lacal Government Area of Kebbi State. The Senior officer attended Army Children School Jaji Kaduna from (1979-1984) Nigerian Airforce Military School Jos from (1984-1990) Nigerian Defence Academic (NDA) Kaduna from (1991-1996). Amadu Bello University (2011-2012). He attended Military courses which include young officer course Infantry at Jaji (1998). Anti-Tank Platoon Commanders Course at Jaji, (2001) Junior Staff College Course Jaji (2004). Company Commander Course (2006). Senior Staff College Course (2008-2009). Other course attended are Battalion Commanders Course (2012). National Defence College Cairo (2019-2020). The senior officer has held several appointments. These include Battalion Adjutant, Company Commander, Garrison Commander, Brigade Chief of Staff, Land Component Commander (LCC) Operations, Hadarin Daji, Brigade Commander amongst others. The officer was engaged in the following Operation, Operation Harmony IV, United Nation Operation in Liberia and Ivory Coast. Military Observer Mission in Sudan. The officers Awards and decorations include, Forces Service Star, (FSS) Meritorious Service Star (MSS) Distinguish Service Star (DSS) Feld Commander Medal (FCM) Command Medal (CM) Pass Staff College (Psc) National Defence College Cairo. He is currently the Director of Administration in the Nigerian Army Resource Centre. He is Happily married and blessed with Children, He enjoys reading and travelling.
