The Nigerian Army Resource Centre (NARC) recently witnessed the graduation ceremony of the Senior Management Course at the NARC Conference Hall B, Abuja. The Course which is organized for senior and middle class cadres of the Nigerian Armed Forces, other security agencies, corporate organisations and the civil society is designed to provide participants with the necessary skills for improved capacity to develop, communicate and execute strategy as well as manage conflict.
In his closing remark, the DG NARC Maj Gen Garba Wahab (Rtd) congratulated the graduating participants and enjoined them to properly utilize the knowledge gained from the course in both human and resource development by establishing necessary contacts and relationships that can foster their career. He equally appreciated the Course coordinator Brig Gen FC Eze (Rtd), for his consolidated effort towards the enhancement of the senior management course. He also applauded the participants for their courage in taking up the course through their various organisations that made it possible.

Earlier, the Course Coordinator Brig Gen FC Eze (rtd) said the idea behind the Programme was bringing persons who can interact and share ideas together in a way of enhancing human resource management.
He charged them to be good ambassadors of the Centre as they vacate to their various destinations. A total of twenty five (25) participants were presented with their certificates of participation during the graduation ceremony which marked the end of the course.
