The Director General Nigerian Army Resource Centre, Maj Gen GA Wahab (Rtd) today 8 April 2024 decorated Seven students officers of Indigenous Languages Course 16/2024 who were recently promoted from the rank of Second Lieutenant to Substantial Lieutenants.
The ceremony was graced by ED Consult NARC, DHRD, DOA, DCAIS, Senior officers, family members, and well wishers of the newly decorated officers.
